Human-bodied, dragon-headed mountain god whose coming brings storm and torrential rain.

Jimeng is the dragon-headed god of Guang Mountain in the central Shanhaijing. Human in body and dragon in head, he roams the deep waters of Zhang, and wherever he comes out storm winds rise and torrential rain follows. He is a weather deity of the old landscape, embodying the mountain’s command over cloud and flood.
